ABOUT

Hedrick Architects seeks to transform each client’s distinctive vision and unique essence into a material existence.

Each project is directed by the overarching vision, the practical needs, and the physical requirements, while being guided by endured experience and informed by gathered knowledge.

Hedrick Architects’ designs are shaped by the timeless design principals and classic elements of Architecture, among which are form, proportion, order, space, light, and structure. Attention to the whole and to the detail are important in the pursuit of enduring quality and timeless work.

While these principles apply universally to building types and other fields of design, the great majority of Hedrick Architects' experience has been in the setting of custom residential structures, having spent many years working and learning at some of the best residential firms in the DC Metro area.
